A throttle body spacer will improve the airflow going into your engine, which in turn improves gas mileage while adding power. Our new spacer for 99-07 Chevy and GMC trucks with 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0L engines has a smooth bore center and a 1/8" with 22 count NPT port for those of you looking to add additional sensors or NOS.
